What we provide...

If you are with 20 miles of M29 area we provide a measured survey of your property to fully verify the drawings. Alternative you can provide the measurements or sketch layout with dimensions for conversion to detailed building regulation drawings.

Upgrade of your Planning Drawings to a Building Regulations package consisting of detailed drawings. This can include; fully dimensioned drawings, foundation plans, roof layouts, and drainage layouts.

Establish any requirements for additional specialist services, such as, structural engineer designs, CCTV drainage surveys etc. These will have to be completed and sourced by the client.

Building Control Fees are not included. We will submit an application to your local Building Control or Approved Private Building Inspector and act as your agent until such time that the plans are approved.  Alternatively this is easy to do yourself if you want more control over your project.

***Structural calculations are not included. The building regulations package we provide will demonstrate the structural layouts, but calculations will need to be sourced from an independent Structural***
